Job Summary:
PivIT Global is looking for a sales support lead to help be the backbone of all things PivIT and who’s not rattled juggling 20 things at once. This person will be responsible for sales support - cutting purchase orders, processing orders, following up on invoices and general office requirements.
We're looking for someone who is incredibly detail oriented, able to multi-task, self-motivated with excellent communication skills. They need to be comfortable on the phone and email with both employees and clients. Tasks include; order management, interfacing with operations team, generating invoices, coordinating shipments and detailed follow-up.
